Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova West Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in St. Louis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 378 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
