Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bright Drift Foods produces packaged foods at its Seattle plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
