Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
