Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Quill Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
