Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Iron Property Management manages apartment communities around Honolulu, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
