Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Beacon Press Partners prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Grand Rapids plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
