Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Ember Markets Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
