Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Birch Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
