Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Foxglove Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
