Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
