Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Drift Legal Group provides legal services in Columbus across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 753 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
