Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
