Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Clear Farms Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
