Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
