Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Portland focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We invest in training. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
