Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen West Farms is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
