Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Savannah area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
