Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Orchard Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
