Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Analytics is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
