Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Fern Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Sacramento, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 499 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
