Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Nest Manufacturing Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 954 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
