Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
