Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on intake forms. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
