Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
