Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Forge Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 554 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
