Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Freight is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
