Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Silverline Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Reno. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
