Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Meridian Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Wichita, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
