Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Pine Financial Partners serves customers across San Diego with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
