Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing makes precision components in Reno. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
