Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
