Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
