Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Pike Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
