Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Lumen Vista Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Columbus, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 783 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
