Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Orchard Facilities is a facilities company in Indianapolis with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
