Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Beacon Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Denver plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
