Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Memphis. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 733 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
