Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Greenridge Quill Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
