Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 849 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
