Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Forge Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
