Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Cedar Farms is an agricultural business based around Des Moines, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
