Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Oklahoma City and nearby communities, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
