Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Grand Rapids with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
