Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Dallas. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
