Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Harborlight Oak Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Jackson with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
