Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Westbrook Nest Housing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
