Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
