Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Amberfield Cross Transit Planning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
