Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Highbridge River Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
