Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Rivermark Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Austin region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
